I am in class xi(sc) now, I have a problem .
I see nightmares many times and during this sperm flows...
And next day I got many problem like headache , pain in bones,fingers, memory loss. I can't share my problems so I used this app

It is not uncommon for individuals to have such experiences and it should not cause any harm. Hence try and distract self and hope other problems resolve. If they persist and you are experiencing stress for whatever reason, it might be helpful to speak to Psychiatrist.
