Sperm leakage
Hi .. I am having sperm leakage whenever i get aroused by any sexual feeling and also i get premature ejaculations ... I am worried a lot as i havent even explored my sexual life much ... I ejaculate too early .. Is there a permanent treatment for this or any remedy or natural treatment??? Lookinf forward for your advice ... Thanks a lot

Hi
Stress and anxiety can be a major cause. Avoid smoking and reduce alcohol consumption. Practice pelvic floor exercises and stop and start technique - look up for details on Internet. You could use local anaesthetic jelly - lignocaine 2% applied to one half of Penis head to reduce sensation. If all else fails you could try medications.
