Sperm is not coming out from 2-3 days
I am having kidney stones or may be ureter stone and doctor has reccomended some medicines and silodosin , bt after that my sperm is not coming out during ejaculation , a dry orgasm .. i am so much worried about this please reply,, why this is happening and whats os treatment
