My wife and I had gone to take fertility treatment to have a baby, doctor suggested both of us with some test and for me semen analysis and there should be a gap of 3 days, on my 4th day I have given sample with very low quantity coz of cold climate I couldn't give higher quantity, and without the pathologist one of hospital technician have given the report saying I do have low sperm count of about 20m but normal is 60m should I trust this report or how it is because without the pathologists report will not get releases please help should I have to do repeat test or not

Definately, without qualified doctor you should not trust . You should repeat tests from some authentic lab like metropolis, sanjeevani or Dr lal path then accordingly if any we I'll see .. nothing to worry
