Sperm production keeps on happening in body till late in 80s. It is NOT stored in body but is produced continuously. Masturbating just releases semen containing sperms to release sexual desire. Semen contains lots of secretions of glands like prostate etc which add to the volume. All sperms are not released at masturbation. If a person masturbates or has sex many times a day the reduction in semen due to fall in secretions.....but everytime sperms are released without fail. The process of sperm production just requires maintenance of good health and avoidance of toxins like nicotine, alcohol, drugs, etc
