Sperm comes pee during bowel movement.

I watch porn since 16 year old.I like to do prone masturbration all time. And i usually rub my penis againts bedsheet. Not using hands. But i masturbrat 1 to 2 times a week.I last masturbated on 6th May 2018, About 26 days ago. But I watch porn before sleep every night. I control masturbration after watching porn (try not to masturbrat). l watch porn about 4 hour at night. But I do not rub my erected penis while watching porn, just rub 5 to 10 seconds in between, then i stops rubbing my penis again. So that I can stop my sperms from coming out. During bowel movement in morning, my sperms comes out with pee Every day. And On 6th May 2018 night,i masturbrated 3-4 times simultaneously on that night. I am afraid that my problem started due to that night. nightfall was also happen about 12 days ago. But mostly sperms come out with pee, not by nightfall. Some times sperm drop comes out and some times during urination, 1st 3 seconds urine is white&cloudy and after that urine gets pale yellow.
