Sperm comes out
Whenever i talk to my girlfriend on phone, some of my sperm comes out. Mostly talks are normal but still some of my sperm comes out. I masturbate once in a week. So is it to worry about or its normal. And whats the remedy for stopping my sperm yo come out.
And if it is normal then how to stop this. What precautions should i take to stop this problem?

It's a normal and healthy response. Even if you talk non-sexual matters, any sexual feelings at the back of the mind as you get ready to talk to your gf, will produce some 'pre-semen'. That's perfectly fine. No need to, nor possible to stop it.
