I am planning to run GH, may be about 1UI per day for my sports related goals. I would like to know if this is safe during family planning. I am planning my second kid in the coming months. I have read some literature (Research papers) online that GH does have a positive impact on the sperm quality a production based on the limited dosage of GH and it may have negative effects in excessive dosage.
Kindly clarify the below:
1. Does GH help in better sperm quality and production?
2. Does GH affect reproductive function in a negative way? My dosage will be just 1UI per day. Please suggest safe dosage.
