Speech related issue
Hello there docs, I come from a military background where the power of command is paramount. But I've a problem with pronouncing several words like, tamatar, cut, commander, dentist, tomato, basically the ones with T and D. On top of this sometimes i stammer with the words having S and Z in them. I just want to know, is it curable, if yes then how, naturally or should I consult a speech therapist?

Minimal stammering and difficult pronunciation of few words could be dealt with, by consulting a speech therapist first , referral to an ENT specialist if required.Natural ways to cure may take longer and results may not be as desired.A professional speech therapist will be of great help.
