Hi. This is Dr. Nikhil Patil, I am a Homeopathic Consultant.                                  Adults may experience speech and language difficulties for a variety of reasons. In some cases the messages from the brain to the mouth are disrupted, and the person cannot move his lips or tongue to the right place to say words or sounds correctly, even though the muscles are not weak. Sometimes the movement of the muscles used for speech production including lips, tongue, vocal folds are impaired. You must be knowing about Stuttering which is disruption in the production of speech ( Hakalanaa).              So these are some causes of the difficulties in speech. You have to give us proper history of your problem with which we will be able to differentiate your problem and treat it accordingly. Not all the speech related problems need medication, there are speech therapies which will help you in improving your speech. But first we need to understand your problem and for that we need your history.              You can visit your nearest doctor and he will be able to help you in resolving your issue. Thank You. Have a nice day ahead.
