He diagnosed for autism since a he was 4 yr old and his speech is not clear though he understands the normal day to day communications easily and can play games on phone and use laptop.

why didn't you seek help before?
its better to get treatment as soon as possible.

you can consult a speech therapist and a behavioural therapist in person for further evaluation and management.
