Hello, please dont give any medicine to your kid until he is thoroughly checked & examined by a doctor. It is advisable to give medicines only after a proper consultation. Also, he is just 2yrs old so he may take sometime. Not everyone has a same milestone so be patience. You dont need to worry if he utters single words like mom. Get him checked, if it's only speech delayed or any other concern. Right advise can only be given on patient examination. Are other milestones normal? Wait for 6-8 months. If still talking is delayed. Then you need speech therapy along with homoeopathic medication.
