I hv a mild spasm on extreme left side of my forehead near ear especially when i chew have been prescribed methylecobal 500 mcg OD is it serious there is no pain but slight heaviness My ENT is normal do you suggest any other medication this problem comes off & on

Doesn’t seem to be a major problem..just take painkillers for a week
