I noticed for a few months that there is a formation of gap between the lower right jaw. The gap is in between the pre molar and the incisor. I usually feel a irritation in the region after eating. There also seems to some form of hole in the same position in my upper jaw. Should I be concerned?

Food lodgement may lead to bigger cavities and harbirs more bacteria and plaque. Get it checked by a dentist nearby so that it can be controlled early and filling will help. Don’t delay the treatment more
