Sort of Depression

Dont know the defination of Depression but i think i have one . Have started talking to myself on a loud note with serious confrontations with no one other than me .Cant think of going anywhere else . Social life has gone nil. Everything feels low from family , career to love ( Which doesnt exist ) Future frightens me to the core . The only thing i end up with is consoling myself with "everything's gonna be ok "

Hello You can screen yourself for clinical depression. Do a self rating test of depression like Zung's self rating depression scale which you can easily find online and if its indicative of moderate to severe depression consult a psychiatrist in person. Anyways its better to have a in person consultation for evaluation and treatment.
