Soreness & lump like in both breasts.
Since few weeks I feel pain in my breasts (both) with lumps not very sure. Breasts are sore. One year backgot myself checked with gynaecologist everything was normal. Need advice. Is it normal to feel sore?

You need to get those lumps Checked out.
Also, you should have mentioned if this is the first time it's happening or has it happened in the past as well?
Consult a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management.
