Sore under tongue

Asked for Male, 5 Years

My son is 5 months old and since he's been born he would get this sore under his tongue. Its like yellowish and red around it. It goes away then comes back.. Its s 3rd time having it and it seems like its gettin worse each time, it starts to bleed

This is probably aphthous ulcer,is self healing,but occurs again. Apply orasep lotion before meals,will heal in 3-5 days.
