, my 2 and a half year old is complaining of a sore tummy and has a slight fever. He just went to sleep and won't stop wriggling around

he may have a stomach infection. five him plenty of fluids and fever medicine. if the stomach pain persists or he develops loose motions, kindly consult with a pediatrician
