You only telling which items causing you problem. Avoid cold items,spicy and oily items. You have allergy to them.

It may be due to Larngo-pharyngeal reflux Sir, do you acidity also like burning in stomach. Or it may be due to allergy, or some common viral flu. U need to consult and give detailed history to get to a proper diagnosis and treatment.
