Why does throat get sore when i eat something cold? how does steam clear up choked nose? I breathe with the help of both,my nose and mouth..i can't just breathe by nose

cold causes vasoconstriction. that's how leads to sore throat. steam improves water content of nasal mucosa..that's how improves mucociliary clearance and choked nose.
