Sore throat and itchiness in the throat can be symptoms of various conditions, including viral infections like the common cold or flu, allergies, or even acid reflux. It's important to monitor your symptoms, stay hydrated, and consider over-the-counter remedies like throat lozenges or warm saltwater gargles. If the symptoms persist, worsen, or if you have other concerning symptoms, it's advisable to consult for a proper diagnosis and guidance on the appropriate course of action.
