If you are having runny nose, take Tab. Cetrizine at bedtime, 15 mins before sleep. Take steam inhalation 3-4 times a day. Do betadine gargle or with lukewarm water and salt. Take some lozenges like strepsils. If fever is there above 99 degrees Fahrenheit, take Tab paracetamol 650 mg, not more than 4 tablets a day. If symptoms persists, kindly consult.
