Sore throat
Hello.I have a strong interest in singing but my throat remains sore 24×7.I mean how could this possibly happen.It remains sore all the time.voice keeps cracking and there is no smoothness even for one second.please help

Need a good vocal hygiene programme to follow.start steam inhalation once in the morning and before bedtime and sips of water every few hours .show to a speech therapist asap.avoid
