Sore throat, coughing, spitting yellow

Asked for Female, 18 Years

I have had a nonstop sore throat for about a week. I have been coughing up and spitting up yellow mucus. I did have a headache and congestion problems in my ears and nose but it went alway and the sore throat stuck. There alre also red dots on the inside of my mouth in the top of my mouth. I feel very weak and just want this all to end.
