Sore throat and oral thrush
Hi sir 38 days ago I'd a safe sexual activity with a commercial sex worker what i did with her was vaginal intercourse with condom, deep kissing and fingering (no oral sex at all) right after the sex i felt awkward in my mouth and within half an hour i went to medical shop and bought chlorhexidine (oral rinse) and used half the bottle at once; from the 4th day i'm having this white layered tongue, dry mouth(lack of saliva) and sore throat i've used a course of azythromicin and candid mouth paint but patchy white tongue start to appear back after i quit using that, i don't smoke but drink alcohol rarely (like 2 beers a month on a average), i got tested for HIV and other STD's on 20th day(all negative),done PCR rna test for hiv on 32nd day it came target not detected,on 38th day did hiv duo test and it also came non reactive; so what's really wrong with my dry mouth, white layered tongue and sore throat (i brush my teeth twice a day)
