Sore throat and pain . Little headache
I have been having sore throat issue for last couple of days. I have been drinking warm water with ginger,during days it reduces but when I get up in morning I find difficult to swallow saliva due to pain. Also have headache as well due to this abnormalities. Do I need to visit doctor for the same .

No need to worry Sir, u do gurgles with betadine diluted in half glass of water three times a day, take tablet lorfast am bed time, and ketorol dt for the pain, take good hydration in form of warm water, lemon ginger tea etc

You can consult an ENT surgeon. Sore throat can be due to pharyngitis, laryngitis, tonsillitis, reflux disease etc..So only gargling won't help in subsiding the inflammation. Also if infection is present, then antibiotics are recommended. If any travel history, or contact with a person who has had COVID, precaution need to be taken.
