Sore throat and inner mouth white lining

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Past 2 months I had sore throat and mouth white lining with red mouth lymph node. I was in a habit of alcohol nd cigarettes but leave it couple of months ago. Can I have mouth or neck cancer or some STD because I also have sex that period of time and I have itching as well now. What can be the cause for this ? Any suggestions
