Hello from past one day I have sore throat and yellow balgum is coming and pain in right side of chest and cold

On the basis of your history looks like you are suffering from pharyngitis with lower respiratory tract infection . Need to start treatment . If possible send pics or have direct consultation and start with antibiotics .
