After 70 days i have suffer from cold and cough not fever after 110 days after I have sore throat and white spot only one on tonsil.

History isn't enough.. need local examination..need to exclude the White spot due food debris or follicular tonsilitis.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..
