Sore in mouth
I can see small white sore in mouth in right inner cheek which is really paining. You can see in the picture as well and suggest me what is this and how to deal with it?

Looks like an apthous ulcer ... It will heal with the ointment prescribed above by my colleague along with a vitamin supplement
