Sonography report
Hi in Feb my period date was 25 and I didn't get my periods on 25 Feb then on 6 March I did sonography and it has a simple ovarian cyst in the left ovary then I got periods on 8 March without any medicine. So should I take medicine for the cyst now or should I wait ? Attaching my report

A simple ovarian cyst should not need any treatment. You should get sonography done again after 3 months. That cyst may not be there.

U can repeat an ultrasound on day 2 of periods to check fr the size of the cyst next cycle
