Your calculus will dissolve in 2 month of treatment .
Cortical cyst could be heal .i treated cyst on different location of body but to be very honest it is first case where i seen cyst in kidney.so if you consult with urologist and he gives you green light for next 3 -4 mnth then i can try to dissolve cyst from your kidney.

Cyst is a fluid filled cavity lined by a thin membrane. Its a benign condition wont cause much harm. Cyst causes problem only when they enlarge rapidly
