My wife is pregnant and is into 7th week, should we go for sonography as we don't have any sonography lab nearby open due to Coronavirus . For this we need to go for around 60 Kms. Please help me know this...

If she doesn't have bleeding or pain abdomen then there is no need for immediate ultrasound scan but as soon as possible you can go for an ultrasound scan later on continue taking prenatal vitamins

Confirmation by USG is definitely necessary but if facilities are not available then you can postpone it for next few weeks but I advise you to see a doctor nearby who can guide you the nearest possible USF center which you might not be able to know.but why in indore you need to travel 60 km for an usg?? It’s a very good city
