We have done annual health check in that sonography and xray report showing results as attached. Kindly suggest if any serious issue?

There is fluid in the right side of your chest. To know why this fluid has accumulated, the fluid needs to be sampled if it is in significant amount.

Ur chest x-ray and ultrasound is showing pleural effusion in right side that needs to be quantified and then investigated for the cause if it is in significant amount, depending upon your clinical symptoms, need to know about the details of your present symptoms and any associated comorbidities if you have any

You are having Rt. Side Pleural effusion.. means fliud collected in Rt. Pleral cavity of lung. A small Polyp also observed.
