Sometimes feeling pain under left breast

Asked for Female, 30 Years

Sometimes feeling pain under left breast. Hear is okay as per recent ECG report and other tests are also perfect. I have thyroid which is under control now. Is it normal lower side of the left breast is little bit hard than right one? I have bilateral fibroadrnoma as well. USG report is also okay

Please explain further what you mean by "under the breast". Is it below the nipple? Is it in relation to Pectoral muscles? You didn't mention if it is related to your periods.
