Sometimes dizziness with pain
Good evening air is left arm dull pain from within also dizziness and head tightness followed by mild shoulder pain and feels like all the blood id going towards my feet and legs my head feels woozy and numb i went to emergency it ecg came normal bp normal what could be the cause is it anxiety? Pls help
