Tab Pause 500 mg 1 tab twice daily for 5 days ,Otrivin nasal spray 1 drops twice daily in both the nostrils for 5 days.if bleeding occurs on n off then visit ENT face to face for further evaluation.Mostly Coz of nasal dryness bleeding occurs .
