Sometimes above 105 bpm
Hi I'm having irregular heart rate some times it's above 100 sometimes it's 88 I'm doing relaxation techniques breathing to lower my heart rate but it's not reducing i checked with cardiologist and undergone echo Doppler TMT and holter monitoring all reports came normal and he told it's due to rotacapusule medicine which I'm taking for my wheezing from 5 years my question is why heart rate not reducing if I do relaxation techniques also I'm not taking astma medicine daily then also it's not reducing plz suggest

It also depends on ur physical activity......if u have a sedentary life style ...that means ur effort tolerence is low and automatically ur heart rate will be high .......so do physical activity daily
