Normal heart rate is 104 PR BPM.
My normal heartbeat shown in oxymeter is always greater than 100 i.e. around 102 or 104  PRbpm. Is this normal or anything to worry ?

Nothing to worry. However, you have to measure your heart rate during complete rest. Is it still more than 100 per minute? If yes, then couple of investigation might be necessary to rule out some diseases. Also to look for whether you are having anxiety. Are you having any symptom for this increased heart rate? If yes, consult doctor for detailed evaluation.
Next Steps
check heart rate while at complete rest for at least five minutes.
