I have had a slightly sore/swollen throat for about 4-5 days now. 3 glands on the left side of my neck are swollen and i can't feel any distinct ones on my right side. I have had a slight temperature and feel like my head is very heavy when I stand up. I dont necessarily have a headache just very heavy headed and dizzy. I also have been extremely tired and not been able to fall asleep very well.

I think these are the symptoms of upper respiratory tract infection.
Visit an ent specialist doctor and get yourself examined properly and then take proper treatment accordingly.
