Hello, I find something in my dad's eye. I attach pictures . Could you please tell me what is that. Is that serious?

Hi, There nothing to worry as long as it is not causing any redness/ pain.  It's just little bit of pigmentation.  He can use eye drop teardrops 2-3 times a day for 2 weeks if he has any dryness or foreign body sensation.
