Some white scars on shoulder and neck
Some white white small patches are on my shoulder and neck. seems like some allergy or fungal infection.

Hello! White spots on shoulders may be a fungal infection considering the humid weather. It is also known as pityriasis versicolor. A dermatologist would be able to make it out easily.
If not this then there could be a number of other possibilities.
