Some times miss behavior & voilent.
My youngest brother age 30 year's & he is miss behavior & get very tempered time to time from last two years,some time we are not control to him.Many times he was out from house & not coming hole night.

Yes your brother needs help... substance use could be one of the core issue... Consult a Psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and Management of the case..plan a home visit if he is unwilling to go..done
