Some pimple like skin popped up in skin

Asked for Female, 32 Years

There is no pimples on nose, however sometimes one pimple like skin pops up on one side of nose. Its not a pimple but skin only and looks like a skin colour mole but not a mole actually. What is this and why does it happen? It came thrice so far. It vanished on its own two times but this is the third time and I want to know the reason and if any diagnosis is required? It got flat in past also.
