  4. Some patch on head. To be worried of?

Some patch on head
My friend has this patch on her head since many years. Like from childhood. It was reaction of some medicine as she remembers. Since two three days she noticed that It has grown slightly in size and she feels ichy sometimes around the corners. What can it be? Is it something to be worried of?
