Some kind of vesicle

Asked for Male, 16 Years

Some vesicles (2 of them 1 small and 1 big) appeared in the back of my neck just a few hours ago and im worried if i should pop it or not they seem to be full of pus ( yellowish liquid) they do not cause pain but they feel very disturbing and i want to know if its okay to pop them or should i leave them be.
