  4. HSV 1+2 IGM positive. Permanent cure?

HSV 1+2 IGM positive
I have been through a blood test for HSV 1+2 IGM and IGG. Reports say that HSV 1+2 IGM is 1.32 and HSV 1+2 IGG is 0.83. I am on Valtrex 1gm twice dose for last 10 days. Some expert says IGM is unreliable. I am confused whether i have it or not? If yes then is der any permanent cure?
