Some black germs develops in my 3.6 yrs kid tooth.please tell me something ...as after sometime it will become painfull

Hello dear Please be aware They seems to be dental caries in advanced stage I suggest you to please get them restored as early as possible to avoid further progression

These are dental caries.Get it cleaned and filled.Avoid giving chocolate n packet food otherwise it become root canal infection and difficult to treat in children.

First of all these black spots are not germs, they are decay only. You can visit your nearest dentist for filling of the cavity.
