Somatization disorder
I have been suffering from somatoform disorder since last 3 years and now I am taking escitalopram 10mg, but my problem still persist what should I do now.

Hi. It would have been better had you told about your symptoms rather than the diagnosis. I do hope that somatoform disorder is the diagnosis given to you by a psychiatrist rather than being a self diagnosis. Somatoform disorder usually responds best to a combination of medications and psychotherapy. The dose of escitalopram can be increased further. If that doesn't help either, another group anti depressants like duloxetine can be tried. Talk to your psychiatrist regarding the same and also regarding addition of psychotherapy sessions.
