Solution of insomnia by adhd meds
I had problem in sleeping since dec,then I consult psychiatrist and diagnosed with adhd, after taking methylphenidate in 3pm afternoon ,I can't sleep at night .along with this there is inconsistency of dosage of methylphenidate by me,as I took it randomly in a day. Now I want to know how to sleep well at night.should I take clonazepam0.5md Along with adhd medication?.

Hello Yes stimulants can cause insomnia, you can prefer taking the dose in the mornings, also you got to evaluate with your Psychiatrist to find if there's any other reasons for insomnia

Methylphenidate if you are taking as a single dose try to take it in morning it will help with better concentration and also getting sleep at night, you can take both methylphenidate and clonazepam there is no harm

Stop methylphenidate take in morning if needed or start Axepta 10 instead
